From architect to ministry leader, Dean’s journey spans decades of service, family, and faith.

Dean earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati and worked as a licensed architect before founding Love Helps, Inc.—a public charity helping children in Nashville, Tennessee—in 1995.  He has served as its Executive Director for more than 30 years.

Dean is also an author, teacher, speaker, father, and grandfather.  He and his wife live in Nashville and enjoy working, playing, and serving God together.
